Developing next-gen leadership today!

“Why can’t we . . .?” If you’re asking the ‘why’ and ‘how come’ questions, you’ve found to the right resource.

Jeff’s model, simply put, is ‘Servant Leader.’ He’s demonstrated this repeatedly in his work with more than 73 organizations in little more than 30 years of his work with businesses of all types. He’s been referred to as “the Money Maker,” “People Fixer,” “A visionary leader that people love to follow,” – and, in the interest of full disclosure, some likely NSFW’ish stuff from his days in the Army.

Jeff has assisted in business growth and success by creating leadership while functioning in many areas -some of which which include; Materials Manager and Manufacturing Manager for a business creating utility trucks and digger derricks, Quality Engineering Manager with an electronics manufacturer and assembler, Plant Manager with a powder coating and electronics business, Chief Operating Officer for engineered industrial equipment company, and Vice President of Manufacturing with a recycled plastic fabricator entity, and a plethora of other interim, project-related roles.

Jeff’s experience includes teamwork at all levels of publicly traded and privately held businesses. His work has ranged from Fortune 100 to startups, car dealerships to powder coating; automotive and chemical; heat treating and machine shops; extruders to fabricators; electronics to lumber mills. He has set up plants and assembly lines with work cells, hired and established entire manufacturing and supply chain teams, created and assisted with establishing numerous Human Resources policies, hired, trained and fired people as needed, and taught best practices to many groups of business leaders and workshops. Leadership, management, sales, production, oversight – Jeff has education and experience to share, and that is exactly what he does.

Certifications? Jeff has them, too. He holds certifications in Lean, Predictive Index, STUCK, MRP, JIT, Conflict Resolution, Management Skills, and Constraints Management.

Jeff is passionate about helping others. He is married with 2 daughters and lives in SE Wisconsin since 1990. Some of Jeff’s volunteer efforts include; coaching basketball, volleyball and baseball, church and social organizations like Big Brothers Big Sister of America, and the Wisconsin National Guard with Combat Engineers and Supply, to mention a few things.

Jeff would love to bring all this expertise and experience to your efforts, contact Jeff today and find out how and where Blue Chip Leadership can help take your business to the next level.
