We know leverage exists in the physical world.  How about the “knowledge worker world”?  Yes, leverage exists there as well, and the payback is much, much larger than the physical leverage payback.   It’s all about the harmony of people and process working together, and leading it smarter, not harder.  In a word – leverage.   We only have 24 hours each day – leverage is crucial to making them count.  Running out of time?  Leverage is your answer.

That’s common sense but not always common practice for many good reasons.

Every organization’s management team has power that they seldom realize.  Leverage is available to every organization; and everyone’s life becomes better when it is utilized.  It cannot start from the bottom – it must start from the top.
